This fvintage ountain Display Can was quality old school USA-made in the 1920's of porcelain-enamel over steel (just like a
sign
) and is advertises: “Yeast Foam Malted Milk”. In the mid to late 1920’s this brand was very popular—they also made celluloid menu holders advertising their branding.
