    s .
Beretta 92F  or other handgun with slide mounted safety`s, stepped or angled sides . FOR JUST  MORE IT FITS JUST ABOUT ALL HANDGUNS WITH DOVETAIL SIGHTS
One of the most common modifications made to the new generation  semi-automatic pistols is to replace the stock sights with the new tritium style night sights common on most guns today . Night sights are  fragile and must be handled carefully.
This tool is designed to push out the old sights and push the new ones into place. It also works good at the range for adjusting the sights side to side.
To compensate for sloppy tolerances in the dovetail cuts most manufacturers machine their sights a little large and you will need to fit the sights by filing or stoning.
D.D.Machine has been designing and manufacturing tooling for many applications including  for gunsmiths and shooters for more than 30 years.  All of our products are made in house on modern CNC machining centers  here in Washington state using domestic materials and hardware as much as possible.
Excellent customer service and support has made us one of the largest sight tool manufacturers in the U.S
    " MADE IN USA"
    Directions
    1. Look at the sight and see if you need the angled side or the straight side of the pusher block.  You always want to use the head end of the bolt and push the sight  towards the solid jaw ( do not push towards the thumb screw ) . You might have to pull the nut and slip the pusher block around the other way.
    2.
    Remove slide  from pistol.
    3. Cut and install provided protective strip or use cleaning patches ( use a material that won`t let the slide move in the tool.)
    4. Use gun oil or gun grease on the threads of the tool and oil the sight so it moves more easily.
    5. Install the slide and shim as needed with coins or washers so you`re lined up to push at the bottom of the sight ( don`t push on the upper blade area.)
    6. Tighten thumb screw ( by hand ) to secure the slide.
    7. Double check that you have it lined up right.  You might want to put a strip of a business card or a cleaning patch between the pusher and the sight so the sight does not get scratched.
    8. Slowly turn the bolt head and keep checking  as the sight moves for alignment.
( keep in mind that that 20 pounds of torque on a 6" long wrench is over  2,000 LBS of pressure  pushing on the sight. )
    9. If the sight does not  move and you think you are having to force it "
    STOP
" and soak the slide and sight in gun oil over night and then try again to get it apart.
*We have found some stock sights so tightly fitted that you should consider taking it to a gunsmith or shipping it back to the manufacturer for removal*
