Gehl 4615 skid steer loader

Description

Gehl SL4615 Skid steer loader. 4cylinder Perkins diesel engine, lever controls, 78" tooth bucket with bolt on teeth, quick attach for attachments, auxiliary hydraulic outlets and has optional high flow auxiliary hydraulic outlets. Loader is running in all pics. I will list the bad points of this machine first. The engine smokes as can be seen in the picture, there is a engine oil leak at the rear main oil seal I believe, The rear door latch needs repair and is held closed by pin too top of engine cover, the loader arms have numerous welds and repairs, the bucket needs some repairs / welding (see pic), sometimes the starter just clicks and does not crank but usually will crank eventually ( I believe starter needs repair or replaced), temperature gauge is not working, hour meter shows 1465 but I am sure that is not correct. I have owned this machine since 2005. All these things were wrong with it when I bought it but I just wanted something to clear a couple acres of land without spending K for one. This loader gets the job done. I have used it way more than I ever anticipated clearing land, spreading dirt, rock, pushing some heavy snowfalls, moving boulders, trees, firewood, ect. All of my projects are done now and the loader has just been sitting the past couple of years so I figured its time for someone else to get some use out of it. I just changed the engine oil and filter, air filter, fuel filter, hydraulic filter and greased it. Also installed new glow plugs, auxiliary pedal, hydraulic quick connect fitting. The auxiliary and high flow hydraulics work ok. I have used them over the years to run a post hole digger and stump grinder.  If you need a cheap  skid steer to get a little work done and don't want to spend k - k this one might be worth considering. Probably one of the cheapest running and operating loaders you will find.

This is a used piece of equipment and I cannot offer any kind of warranty. It is selling as is.   I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO COME INSPECT IT BEFORE PURCHASING.   However, if this is not possible and you purchase it before seeing it I stand by my description. If You feel it is not as described when you come to pick it up you to do not have to take it and I will refund your money with no hard feelings.
