There is a DH98 Mosquito RC ‘one-off’ at 109 inch wing span is about 1/6 scale.
Modelblau DH98 Mosquito at 81.3 inch wing span is about 1/8 scale.
Freewing DH98 Mosquito at 55 inch span is about 1/12 or so scale.
Note that all RC aircraft seem to be a little fat, adjust cockpit panels to fit.
Fine Scale:
Print LIFE SIZE PNG file onto 35mm (24x36mm) transparency slide film. Example: A LIFE SIZE 32 inch wide panel printed full frame 35mm =~1/24 scale, 2/3 frame =~1/32 scale, ½ frame =~1/48 scale etc.
Hi-white the back and install. The detail is there. You’ll need a magnifier to see it.
Using this formula panels can be tailored to fit:
Airfix Mosquito FB in 1/24 scale, Revel and Tamiyia in 1/32 scale, and even Monogram in 1/48 scale. Plastic scale models also tend to have fat walls. Adjust accordingly.

Wooden Wonder: DeHavilland DH98 Mosquito- Faster than a spitfire. Mossi NF XV with supercharged Merlin 77s got to 440mph. Most had 4x .303 Brownings + 4x 20 mm Hispano Mk II cannons.
The wood was Balsa with Aerolite urea-formaldehyde glue, then Madapolam fabric & doped. Yanks flew it as F-8 Mosquito.
DH98 B IV carried 4x 500lb bombs or a 4,000lb cookie at 410mph.
DH98 FB VI in Operation Jericho was famous for bombing the Amiens Prison Gestapo HQ. The approach was done at 380mph. Missions usual loads were 1x 250-or-500lb bomb, or 8x RP-3 25lb or 60 lb rockets.
