    Description

    You could write an entire children's book just about these two Chinese children.  the boy is standing on a pile of books and the smile on his face indicates he would rather be playing or perhaps he is just teasing the girls as she tries to apply herself to the book in her hand.  these two are painted in the traditional Chinese red which means happiness and good fortune. there is lots of gold applied to the books that anchor these two.  Made of a secret composite plastic material that has certainly done it's job as there is no chipping around the edges as you might expect to find in heavy statues like these. The boy is 8.5 inches tall and the seated girl is 5.5 inches tall.  There are a number of different versions  with these children but these are much more detailed and certainly priced right.  Compare on EBAY and you will see what I mean.  Please look at the photos and ask questions before bidding as there is no return on them.  Payment is due two days after the end of the auction.  Upon receipt.
