    Description

    Beautiful Antique Adirondack/Black Forest Bookend/Letter Holder
    Have been unable to find anything like it on Ebay.  The oakleaf carvings and cross bars are clean, clear in definition and unchipped.  Wood still has lots of luster.  I have taken a picture of the back edge and appears to have some glue, not sure if piece is missing or something was reattached. The addition of felt pads on bottom makes me think it was for books. One leaf does spin and reveals treated wood below but very nice and unique.
