Item is from an Estate. Comes from a smoke free/pet free house where it
has been sitting in Manila envelope, in a box, on a shelf, for numerous years.
- Magazine has edge wear/creases along spine and a little corner wear. Creases/wear on the three staples outside spine. Cover has rip/tear top front (see pics). Pages are not bent/creased, torn or written on.
- To keep flat during shipping, will place between cardboard, then bubble wrap, then in white album box.
Shipped free with USPS Economy. I do combine shipping on like items when possible.
