When I saw what my jeweler partner had set I was very happy, the lovely rich blue simulated sapphire center stone is a very nice 1 carat size (6 millimeters) and looks like it should cost in the thousands, it's got that really perfect rich saturated blue sapphire color without being too dark or too light, just a perfect color and size, this one looks so real that your friends will be glancing at your finger to take a second look. There are also 50 pave prong set simulated round brilliant cut accent stones in a two tiered frame all around the center stone, these clear sparkling stones give the ring a beautiful and elegant quality, the accent stones measure approximately 1 millimeter each and give another carat of weight to the ring for a 2 carat total gem weight for the main ring, these are all prong set as is the center stone. The other two rings are the 9 stone band rings, you get two of them and the main ring, these bands accompany the sapphire ring, each has 9 round brilliant cut stones 3 millimeters each, all prong set, and the back of the band tapers to 2 millimeters, the total gemstone weight of one of the 9 stone rings is approximately 1 carat. When you put the 3 rings together you have the main ring with 2 carats, and then one carat each in the 9 stone bands equaling 4 carats Total Gemstone weight for all three rings together.
Finest brilliant Simulated European New High Technology premium clarity accent stones looking like flawlessly clear Diamonds, but not real mined diamonds. This main ring has the real look though, your friends will be taking second glances at this ring on your finger, it will definitely bring compliments.
Measured across the face of the main ring, it is 12 millimeters from top to bottom (North to South vertically) that is approximately 1/2 inch in length by 1/2 inch from side to side. Measured from the side one wants to know how high the ring sets up off the finger, this is called "the rise". It is a 5 millimeter rise from the finger to the part of the ring which is the platform where the stones are pave prong set, it is approximately another 2 millimeters more to the top of sapphire. The band width is approximately 2mm.
The ring's rise allows for the two other rings (if one so desires) to be put next to this ring and not have the base of the platform get in the way for a band ring (see side view and back view pictures). In several listings we are selling this ring as a two or three ring set while supplies last, however it also can be worn as shown as a lovely stand alone solitaire or one could wear this lovely ring as a "right hand ring" as well.
