2007 CAT 287b Skid Steer with Attachments

Description

2007 CAT 287b Skid Steer with 2090 hours, comes with standard bucket ,grapple bucket and stump bucket. Used to clear property second owner. Has enclosed cab but front door is gone due to AC not working. Previous owner lost the door. Estimate to fix the AC was 80. All fluids recently changed. Tracks are older but still have some life left has to hydraulic leaks at fittings. Joystick will need to be rebuilt and throttle cable to manual throttle also needs to be replaced, throttle pedal is all OK. Unit is fully operational and is used every couple of days to spread dirt around the property. Unit has been trouble free for the last year and both Rams on the right side have been rebuilt. Our meter was replaced at 2084 hours. Starts and runs with no problems.
