mm Pressure Sensitive Cap Liners
Made in the USA
This is for pressure sensitive foam seals that will fit bottles with a "24 mm neck". So they work with bottles requiring 24/400, 24/410, 24/415 or 24/425 tops.
We send along instructions on how to apply these seals with every order!

How to figure out what size you need:
The most precise way
is to
look at the description or invoice of the either the jars / bottles or the matching lids y
ou bought
. Somewhere it should say something in the format of 24/410, 38/410, 58/400 or something similar. The first number is always going to be your neck size like 24 mm, 38 mm, 58 mm or similar.
If you can't find your neck or lid size try this:
Measure the diameter across the opening of your bottle or jar (including the rim where they will adhere to). You need to measure EXACTLY ACROSS THE CENTER POINT of the opening (That is by definition the diameter of a circle). If you're off just a little bit, the measurement will be too small. The diameter will be the largest measurement across the opening that's possible. So make sure you get the largest possible measurement. Then add about 1-2 mm to that measurement. If the result is about 24 mm then order these. This is not as precise since it is so easy to be off.
FYI: 1 inch = 25.4mm

Often, these seals are a bit smaller than the stated mm size so that they can fit into the caps more easily. They will still fit on the jars / bottles whose neck size these are for since the rim is usually wide enough to accommodate that. For these,
actual measurement is about 23.5 mm.
The seals come with
"sealed for your protection" printing in red ink.
Please note
: These liner are NOT sticky. The discs have the adhesive embedded into them. The pressure sensitive foam liners come with adhesive embedded into one side that sticks to the bottle with the pressure used to twist the cap onto the bottle. When the cap is removed, the liner remains on the bottle.
